We are a teaching practice near the University of East Anglia, where we train medical students. Our practice has three branches and serves 12700 patients, a number that is increasing. We are looking for a Full time Salaried GP who can work 8 sessions per week, but we are also open to part time applicants. We support new GPs to develop their skills and interests, such as becoming a GP Educator. We offer a standard BMA contract and we can arrange Tier 2 visa sponsorship if needed.

Our team consists of 3 partners, 2 salaried GPs, 3 regular long-term locums, 2 Nurse Practitioner, highly skilled Practice Nurses, Care coordinator, Physician Associate, General Practice Assistant, Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioners and Mental health link workers. The Clinical team is well supported by the Admin team led by two managers. We work together to deliver high quality patient care. We are a learning organisation and Research ready practice. We teach year 5A UEA medical students and we also mentor Physician Associate students. We use SystmOne and have a reasonable workload with very few home visits. You would see about 10 patients per session, with 15 minutes appointment and enough time for admin work. Oncall is shared equally among the team.
