£82,000 – £89,000 (based on 8 sessions p/w)

· £10,250 - £11,150 per session (depending on experience)
· Core hours 08.00 – 18.30 (closed between 1 - 2pm) with a mix of duty sessions, normal clinics, visits and an opportunity and support to specialise or develop skills in certain areas of interest (if desired).
· 6 weeks annual leave + pro rata of bank holidays + 4 days study leave (together with generous training budget)
· MDU fees paid & on site, free parking
· Partnership opportunities in the future for the right candidate (if desired)
About the Practice:
- We are a large, coastal, North Norfolk Practice set across three sites (in Holt, Melton and Blakeney). Our main site at Holt is purpose built and recently refurbished and extended. You will be mainly based at Holt (with occasional clinics at Melton).
- We are a profitable dispensing practice (dispensing to 75% of our population) with our adjoining hybrid Pharmacy on site.
- We have 14,300 patients, 8 partners (5.5FTE), 4 Salaried GPs, and great support from our wider practice team which includes Nurse Practitioners, Paramedics, Physiotherapist, Clinical Pharmacist, and a widely skilled Practice Nurse team.
- We are a dynamic teaching practice for undergraduates at the UEA and provide training for GP Registrars.
- We are proactively involved in the ICB, Alliance and PCN working, and we are joined in our NN1 PCN by Fakenham & Sheringham Surgeries.
- We strive for high quality and personalised care in all areas and are very proud of the service we provide, and that we continued to provide during recent uncertain times.
Although busy and proactive, we are a relaxed, welcoming, and harmonious Practice which we believe makes all the difference.
We stand out by working hard to run our day-to-day activities as efficiently as possible, supporting our strong commitment to a healthy work/life balance and are lucky to be supported by dedicated managers and professional admin staff. This allows us to have shorter than average morning and afternoon clinics, a dedicated doctor solely to do morning visits (easing the load on the other Drs over lunchtime visits), a rostered Duty Doctor team each morning and afternoon. Outside of our core hours there are some enhanced access appts, but these are occasional. Wherever possible, we fully utilise the services of our on-site Pharmacy and Pharmacists.
The post would suit both recently qualified and experienced doctors with the successful applicant being enthusiastic, hard-working, friendly, and having a good sense of humour.
