Due to rising list size and forward planning for GP retirement, we are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time GP initially in a Salaried Role with a view to Partnership.
We are a busy market town practice in South Norfolk not far from the coast and the city of Norwich. We are a dynamic team, fully integrated with the digital triage model. We are constantly look for ways to utilise technology to best serve our patients. Our admin support is pivotal to this digital based care delivery and they are trained to the highest level.
We are looking for a team worker who values communication with colleagues and patients. We embody the concept of a full multidisciplinary team including several GPs, Clinical Pharmacist, Two Advanced Paramedic Practitioners, social prescriber and a full Nursing team including Mental Health Nurses, HCAs etc.
We are part of the Breckland Alliance (Watton, Grove and School Lane Surgeries in Thetford). We have an integrated working model that allows us to deliver care via several joint initiatives such as Vasectomy, Minor Surgery and Microsuction Service to name a few. A recent example is our joint effort across the Alliance to implement the phase 1 Covid vaccination clinic at the Thetford Healthy Living Centre. This allowed patients across all sites to be vaccinated at a PCN designated vaccination site.
This would be an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced GP. We value special interests, so there would be the opportunity to build a portfolio career to include research, commissioning, minor surgery, vasectomy and any other services that would optimise patient care that is of interest to you.
We have a modern, purpose-built building. It is spacious and allows us to be able to adapt services for our ever-growing list size. In addition, the building is PFI so no buy in required. Our latest CQC rating was “Good “across all categories and we are continuously striving to develop and deliver quality care.
