This fantastic GP practice based over 2 sites with 15300 patients is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our busy but friendly team and take on a dedicated and important role. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will run telephone triage clinics in the surgery, as well as have a patient-facing role, you may also undertake home visits. We have a great support network both clinically and administrative. You will be joining our current team of 3 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 4 ANP/NP, 5 Practice Nurses, 5 HCA. We are teaching and research practice. We are offering a good salary (depending on experience) NHS pension, annual leave and bank holidays (pro rata). We are part of the Lowestoft PCN and also offer Extended and Improved access appointments outside of core hours.
