This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and experienced manager to join a well-organised and innovative training practice with five partners and a list size of 10,600 patients, situated in Norwich and on two sites.
The person appointed will be well-organised and have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in HR, customer services, business management, finance, IT and operating systems along with the vision to develop the practice, improve efficiency and fulfil NHS targets, whilst supporting the staff at all levels. Previous experience in Primary Care is desirable.
