Practice Manager – Thorpewood Medical Group

Thorpewood Medical Group is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Practice Manager to provide excellent people management and leadership across a busy practice, and to work with the senior management team to develop employee engagement strategies.
The role will consist of 37.5 hours over 5 days (Monday to Friday) at a starting salary of circa £45,000.
Thorpewood Medical Group is a semi-rural practice of approximately 13,800 patients comprising 7 GPs and 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners. The Practice is in the Thorpe St Andrew area of Norwich.
