We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our friendly, positive and forward-thinking GP Practice team as our Operations Manager.
We have a team of thirty two colleagues working hard to provide excellent care to our population of 5,600 across a two site practice, rated Outstanding by the CQC. The successful candidate will support the Practice Manager in their day to day role and work closely with the rest of the Practice team. This is an interesting and varied role.
You need excellent organisational and communication skills, a helpful manner and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be involved with the general organisation and running of our practice, IT coordination, administration, customer service, finance, HR and facilities support.
We require you to have a good instinct for IT systems and wide ranging management experience. Experience in the General Practice or the NHS is not essential. Training on clinical systems would be given. Further details can be found in the attached Job Description.
