General Practitioner Partner
School Lane Surgery, Thetford, Norfolk
School Lane Surgery has long been established in Thetford as one of two large practices in the town. We form part of The Breckland Alliance Primary Care Network, a group of General Practices working together to deliver high quality, sustainable primary health care to the population of Thetford and the surrounding area. As a Rapid Test Site for the National Association of Primary Care’s (NAPC) Primary Care Home Programme we have gone from strength to strength, placing us at the forefront of Primary Care Network (PCN) development.
The surgery has an expanding multi-disciplinary clinical team and we are looking for a 4th GP Partner to join us on our journey. Our current 3 GP partners and 5 salaried GP’s are supported by a diverse range of healthcare professionals including Clinical Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Care Homes Team, other Allied Health professionals and Practice Nursing Team.
As a Practice and an Alliance, we work closely with the Norfolk & Waveney Training Hub to offer the highest quality of education and support to our team and have an active research department. As a provider of Improved Access, we can also offer you a flexible working pattern to suit your lifestyle and help you make the most of living and working in this stunning part of East Anglia.
