Please find above our summary of the guidance which relates to the receipt and storing of intimate images from patients as a result of virtual digital consultations.
Also above is new guidance from NHSE&I which has been released on the Digital Futures platform on 7/7/20.
The NHSE&I document should be read in conjunction with MDU and GMC advice as it reaches different conclusions in some key areas.
