GPAS Email Template
Every Tuesday morning, we will send the following email to notify practices that GPAS is open for their input:
“Good Morning
Your LMC has launched GPAS here.
This week’s GPAS form is therefore now open for your input and the form is available here.
If you have more than 1 practice contract please complete a separate GPAS form for each. However, if you are only able to provide 1 GPAS submission please let us know.
Do let us know if you have any questions or are experiencing any difficulty in accessing and completing the form.
As always, we are here to provide advice, and guidance and to support the practice, if the practice is under extreme pressure, please ensure this is reported.
Due to the submissions being anonymous, please continue to raise issues directly with the LMC, via email and the ICB. This information will remain confidential and will not be shared without your permission.
