CQC is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. Its role is to register, monitor, inspect and rate care services and to take action to protect people who use services, if required.
The LMC is available to support practices to ensure CQC compliance and visit preparation/ resulting actions from the inspection. We can also provide support to practices to challenge CQC, where it is felt the inspection process or report is not appropriate or accurate.
