Pushback request to carry out monitoring - letter

Please find a template letter to be used to push-back on requests for monitoring.

This letter is most approrpaite for use with private services including unregulated gender providers.

Please note GP's should not be supporting unregulated providers of gender services with their prescribing by doing any of the monitoring for them.
